I personally love this style of ring. We chose double baguettes on either side of the stone to give it the classic look. While technically it has 5 diamonds total, this ring definitely has the feel of a three stone ring. The center diamond is cradled in 18K Rose Gold and held in place with beautifully shaped prongs. The remainder of the ring is done in platinum. The ring has a solid feel yet still very feminine in design. More details about the center stone Here is a gorgeous shaped cushion diamond. You can see that in these photos. The cut gives a lot of brilliance for such a deep colored diamond. The photos show the color well. They also highlight the imperfections in such a way that makes them look more prominent than they do in person. This is not a problem, I'd rather surprise you with good things when you first see the diamond as opposed to bad surprises. In real life the stone has a warm coppery hue. Due to the low cost of the stone - compared to colorless or yellow diamonds - and the time it takes to get a GIA report nowadays, we have not submitted the diamond to GIA. If you would like to purchase the diamond and have us submit it for you, we will be glad to do so. It takes about one month to six weeks, and the cost is about $300.
