Full disclaimer- I'm an emerald cut lover...so that might influence my writing. I'd say it looks exactly like a natural earth diamond - except virtually any rough this yellow gets polished to radiant cut. For that reason earth mined canary yellow emerald cuts are like chicken's teeth. The diamond was created in Ukraine - the manufacturing method is HPHT. This method allows the rough lab diamond to be created yellow - so no post growth treatment is used to get this color. It's also remarkably free of imperfection at VVS2. The cutter did an over the top job on this one too- so many steps!
