There is absolutely zero black carbon. The feather is small, and in a position which does not impact light performance or structure. I love the cut - not the traditional "crushed ice" sort of performance. There is a lot of crushed ice sort of sparkle at the edges - in the center of the stones there are some larger areas of contrast - glittering yellow facets. Nice combination which is approaching vintage in feel. GIA called it Round Cornered Rectangular Modified Brilliant. Okay. It looks like a cushion, so lets go with that for simplicity
