More details about the center stone We purchased a parcel of very cool, canary pear diamonds from the cutter. This particular one is definitely canary- I graded it Fancy Yellow. It's very close to intense yellow. The stone is cut differently from a well-cut colorless Pear shape diamond. This is a great cut for a canary pear. There's no bowtie whatsoever. The facets in the center are larger- giving us large bright flashes from the center of the stone. It's so lively and the color comes through in a brilliant manner. I graded it SI2- however, the diamond is eye clean. This is due to the fact that there's no black carbon, and the imperfections that do exist are placed in a way that hides them. Plus the color is so strong
