Having said that - if a diamond is a good value, with or without the report - the report itself does not make the diamond "bad". In this case, we agree with IGI grading. Comparing it to other stones, it not only looks like a Fancy Yellow, it looks like a strong Fancy Yellow at that. We agree with the clarity grade of VS1 as well
